Meet Ahmed
Ahmed Fikry is an Organizational Project Management advisor, consultant, and professional trainer with more than 30 years of experience across project management, portfolio management, PMO governance, strategic planning, value realization, real estate development, and organizational excellence.
His career has included senior leadership and advisory roles with leading public and private sector organizations, including Dubai Roads and Transport Authority, Engineering Consultants Group, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai Holding, and Dubai Municipality.
Ahmed’s work focuses on strengthening organizational project management capability, establishing and enhancing PMOs, improving portfolio governance, connecting projects and programs with strategic priorities, and helping organizations translate strategy into measurable results.
In parallel with his advisory work, Ahmed delivers professional training across project management, agile, PMO, portfolio management, and related disciplines. His training approach combines international standards with practical regional experience, case-based learning, and real organizational challenges.
Ahmed is a PMI Authorized Training Partner Certified Instructor for PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-PMOCP®, and PMI-ACP®, and holds a broad portfolio of international credentials including PMP®, PfMP®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-PMOCP®, Advanced SAFe® Practice Consultant, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Innovation Master credentials.
